Welcome to our Advanced Open Gym Practice!
This session follows a Japanese-style open gym format focused on skill development, game preparation, and plenty of touches on the ball. Players should be comfortable with the fundamentals of volleyball and able to participate in a fast-paced environment.
Practice plan:
• Dynamic warm-up
• Pepper and ball control
• Hitting lines
• Serving practice
• Two rounds of warm-up games
• Team formation and regular games
• Optional positional play
• 2.43m Net!
We are especially looking for 4 setters to help create balanced teams and maximize game quality.
!!!This session is intended for intermediate to advanced players who can rally consistently and understand rotations and court positioning.!!!

【Cancellation】
No cancellations after 6pm the previous day
Late cancellations are charged (or removed from the group)
Same as for not showing by being on the attendance list without a message!
