Arrival & Form a Group

• Arrive, grab a name tag, and order your drink 🍹 • You will form a group of 4–6 people freely and voluntarily based on arrival time

🔄 How the Event Works

• We play in small groups of 4–6 people. • You’re free to stay with your group as long as you’d like or switch tables to meet new people at any time. • Every \~40 minutes, the host will come around and suggest a table change for those who want to mix things up. • If you’d like to join a new group but aren’t sure where to go, just ask the host — they’ll be happy to introduce you to a new table. • There’s no pressure: some people prefer staying with the same group, others love moving around. Both are totally fine! • After the game rounds, there’s free time to mingle, replay your favorite games, or just chat and connect.

• On joue en petits groupes de 4 à 6 personnes. • Vous êtes libre de rester avec votre groupe aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez ou de changer de table à tout moment pour rencontrer de nouvelles personnes. • Toutes les \~40 minutes, l’organisateur passera aux tables pour proposer à ceux qui le souhaitent de changer de groupe. • Si vous voulez rejoindre un nouveau groupe mais ne savez pas où aller, n’hésitez pas à demander à l’organisateur — il se fera un plaisir de vous présenter. • Aucune pression: certains préfèrent rester avec le même…
