Join us for a *free, drop-in Nature Therapy Walk* on the breathtaking trails of Montreal’s iconic Mount Royal Park — a serene oasis in the heart of the city. Led by certified mental health professionals and mindfulness guides from Mindfulness Outdoors, this gentle, guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in nature. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, mindfulness, or simply a quiet escape, this is your invitation to be present — outdoors.

• A slow, mindful walk (approximately 45 min — no fitness level required) • Sensory invitations to deepen your connection with the natural world • Opportunities for reflection, rest, and gentle sharing (optional) • A safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all
