Can you believe it's been a whole year of Chat & Draw events in our little creative corner of Barcelona? **To celebrate all the art we've created, the friendships we've built, and the exciting things still to come, you're all invited to the 1st Anniversary Party of Paper & The People! 🎂**🥳 **What the party is all about** My vision for this special occasion is to **create a collective art gallery featuring artwork from our community at The Central House Gràcia.** I'd love for you to **bring one piece of artwork** (or more!), whether it was created during one of our events or somewhere else, and we'll display it on the walls of the hostel's indoor space. **If you wish to display your piece, please come by at 18:30h** so that we can figure out the placing of the artwork before the event starts. If you're new to the community, you're absolutely welcome to take part in the exhibition too—the more, the merrier! The goal is simply to share our creativity and connect through the activities that bring us joy, so you can expect a very informal, laid-back atmosphere. **About the event contribution** When I created this group, I wanted to make sure it would be accessible to everyone. That's why **I've never charged for my events, and I'd love to keep it that way in the year ahead.** However, to help cover the Meetup organizer fee (around € 186/year), this special event will have a **recommended contribution of €4**, payable by Bizum, bank transfer, or cash at the event. I hope this is ok for you if you've enjoyed at least one of our P&TP events over the past year! Lastly, feel free to **bring something to eat and/or drink** so we can enjoy a potluck dinner together. **Thank you all so much for making this community the little art haven it has become**. Per celebrar tot l'art que hem creat, les amistats que hem fet i totes el que queda per venir, esteu tots convidats **a la festa del 1r Aniversari de** **Paper & The People**! 🎂🥳 **De què anirà la festa?** La meva idea per a aquesta ocasió tan especial és crear una galeria d'art col·lectiva amb obres de la nostra comunitat a **The Central House Gràcia**. M'encantaria que portéssiu una obra (o més!), tant si l'heu creat durant alguna de les nostres trobades com si l'heu fet en qualsevol altre moment, i les exposarem a les parets de l'espai interior de l'hostal. **Si voleu exposar la vostra obra, us demano que vingueu a les 18.30 h** perquè puguem decidir junts la disposició de les peces abans que comenci l'esdeveniment. Si sou nous a la comunitat, també esteu més que convidats a participar en l'exposició: **com més serem, millor!** L'objectiu és simplement compartir la nostra creativitat i connectar a través de les activitats que ens omplen, així que podeu esperar un ambient molt informal, relaxat i acollidor. **Sobre l'aportació a l'esdeveniment** Quan vaig crear aquest grup, volia assegurar-me que fos accessible per a tothom. **Per això mai no he cobrat per organitzar les trobades, i m'agradaria que continués sent així durant l'any que ve.** Tanmateix, per ajudar a cobrir la quota d'organitzadora de Meetup (186 €/any), aquesta festa tindrà una **aportació recomanada de 4 €**, que es podrà fer per Bizum, transferència bancària o en efectiu el mateix dia de l'esdeveniment.
