About the event

A 5-course family-style dining and storytelling experience exploring French technique through a global lens, hosted by Chef Courtnee Futch at the Brown Butter Supper Club. The menu features browned butter, roasted stone fruits, berbere spice, miso, and curry, with a passionfruit dessert. Doors open at 6 PM, and the evening includes three signature cocktails or mocktails. The event is sold out, with a waitlist available.
