Seeking some quiet among the city's endless noise? Join us for lunchtime meditation and coffee.
Non-denominational meditation located at Tibet House. The forty-five minute session will focus on the basics: meditation to quiet the mind, focus and use the focused mind for analysis, while creating and upholding positive vision and outlook of the world. Other, more specific uses of meditation, may be discussed. The class is meant for all, beginners and those with a regular practice.
Suggested Donation of $7.
Tibet House is on the south side of the block. We'll gather inside, upstairs.
After meditation, come along for coffee in the area.
