Maybe it’s time to stop putting that issue on snooze. 👀

Family Constellation Live Workshop

You’ve tried talking about it.

You’ve tried ignoring it. You’ve tried being “more positive.” You’ve tried figuring it out yourself. And yet somehow, you’re still dealing with the same shit. 😭

• Maybe it’s your relationship.

• Maybe it’s family.

• Maybe work feels completely off.

• Maybe you’re lost and have no idea what you actually want.

• Maybe something happened years ago that you thought you were over… but clearly, your nervous system didn't get the memo.

• Maybe you’ve just been told you have something going on with your health like PCOD, thyroid issues, cysts, arthritis, cholesterol, lumps, or something else and you're left wondering, *“Why is this happening to me?”*

This workshop may be for you if you’re dealing with:

• Relationship or family struggles • Feeling stuck in your career or business • Job loss or feeling completely unfulfilled at work • Money struggles • Low confidence or constantly second-guessing yourself • People-pleasing or difficulty saying no • Feeling lost or disconnected from your direction in life • Grief, separation or major life changes • Emotional reactions you don't understand • Something from your past that still feels very present • A new health concern you’re trying to make sense of • Feeling like you've tried everything and nothing is shifting

So… what actually happens?

Family Constellation is a guided, experiential process where we look beyond the obvious issue and work towards understanding what may be underneath what you're experiencing. And you can experience the workshop in two different ways:

🪑 PUT UP YOUR CONSTELLATION — AED 480

This is for you if there’s one particular issue you really want to work on. You bring your situation, and we dedicate the process to your specific concern, going deeper into what may be behind it and working towards healing and a different way forward.

👀 COME AS AN OBSERVER — AED 300

Never experienced a Constellation before? You can come and see how it actually works. You’ll observe and participate in other people's constellations. And while the focus isn't on doing deep individual work on your own issue, you may still find insights that speak directly to something you're experiencing. Because sometimes someone else's story makes you go: “Wait… why does that sound like me?” 👀

Just come with the thing that's been sitting in the back of your mind. You just need to be curious enough to ask:

“What is really going on underneath all of this?”

Come curious. Come open. Come with your question.

You will leave seeing your situation very differently and walk out of that issue.
