Fynbos film screening ‘Girls Can’t Surf’ presented by Her Surf Spirit Join us for a night to celebrate women’s surfing! ‘Girls Can’t Surf’ film is an inspiring documentary about a group of female surfers in the 1980s and 1990s who challenged the male-dominated field of professional surfing, with a shared goal and dream of equity and change. Today we see equal pay in surfing, but it’s thanks to the group of women featured in this film that surfing is where it is today. Whether you are a surf girl, surf boy, surf fan or sport lover this film is set to inspire! Bring your friends along for a surf night you won’t forget. Enjoy a free popcorn with every ticket!
