OEB Yaletown
OEB is a highly popular waterfront breakfast and brunch restaurant located along the False Creek seawall. It is famous for its elevated experience, well-known for utilizing fresh, high-quality, farm-to-table ingredients for breakfast classics, signature breakfast poutines, and vibrant, egg-themed decor.
Signature Breakfast Poutines: Thick-cut herb potatoes fried in beef tallow, topped with poached eggs, cheese curds, and brown butter hollandaise (such as the fan-favourite "Soul In Bowl").
Elevated Bennies served on butter croissants with a variety of artisanal toppings.
From Griddle to Great: Sweet and savoury comfort foods like heavy-loaded French toast or chicken and waffles with Quebec maple syrup
