Introductory meditation & meaningful conversations

This meditation class is open to people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Through Buddhist teachings and shared reflection, we support one another in our personal growth and development.

Together, we create a safe and welcoming space where we can openly share our challenges, celebrate what is beautiful in our lives, and explore how we can grow through kindness, compassion, and greater awareness.

Triratna is a Buddhist movement founded in the United Kingdom in the 1960s by Sangharakshita.

In Triratna, we focus on the Dharma—the Buddhist teachings that help us develop wisdom, compassion, and awareness, guiding us toward the qualities embodied by the Buddha, who serves as our source of inspiration.

We also place a special emphasis on spiritual friendship, recognizing the importance of supporting and encouraging one another on the path of personal growth and transformation.

Although we offer the sessions free of charge, we encourage donations.
