Salsa is a dance and music style which originated from traditional Cuban music, a genre based on traditional music from Cuba in the Caribbean.

We will hold beginner's salsa lessons on Saturday afternoon at a dance studio in the Umeda area. You don't need any dance or salsa experience to join.

Schedule for each lesson:
14:00~15:30 (Lesson): Stretching and warm-up, basic practice, partner work
15:30~16:00 (Practice time, optional): Free practice time where you can review the lesson content by dancing with the instructor or other students. You're welcome to ask about anything you didn't understand during the lesson.
Fee: 1500 yen per session
What to bring:
Water
Face towel
*Dance shoes or indoor shoes (if you have them)
*Not required, but please note that the studio does not allow street shoes. Dancing in socks is totally fine!
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily.
