Kindfulness Gatherings

Kindfulness Gatherings are intimate themed evenings for women in Stockholm who long for meaningful conversation and genuine connection beyond small talk. Eight women meet in a warm, living-room atmosphere at Terapihuset in Vasastan. Hosted by relationship therapist Jivan Dios, each evening offers reflection, laughter, Greek-inspired bites and alcohol-free bubbles. Come alone or with someone you know, and share as much or as little as feels right.
