About the event
La Mercè Ceptrotada and Fire Run Traditional culture - Barcelona Route: From Passeig de Gràcia with Provença to Passeig de Gràcia with Consell de Cent. If you are going to step into a shower of sparks, wear a cotton scarf around your neck. Avoid synthetic clothing, as it can easily catch fire. Wear a cap to protect your head. Wear suitable footwear (trainers, hiking boots, etc.). Protect your eyes and ears well from the loud bangs of the fire beasts. If you have limited mobility, watch the fire run from a safe location. No alcohol or glass: If you are thirsty, drink non-alcoholic beverages and avoid glass bottles or cups, as broken glass poses a danger. Keep children at a distance: Children will have a better time at the children's fire run. However, if you do take them to the fire run keep them away from the front row and the fire. Do not throw…
