Is this your event?About the event
Family Art Adventures brings the Blanton to life with hands-on artmaking, outdoor games, scavenger hunts, and interactive activities for curious minds of all ages. Drop in for an hour or stay all day — there’s always something to discover. How can you make art with sound? Explore how artists use sound in creative ways through mindfulness activities, storytime, create-your-own kaleidoscopes, gallery scavenger hunts, and plenty to discover indoors and outdoors, including Jennie C. Jones’s new sound artwork in the Butler Sound Gallery. Pack a picnic and snacks to enjoy on the grounds. Water and juice provided while supplies last.
