Intouchables, directed by Éric Toledano and Olivier Nakache, became one of the biggest European film hits of all time. The film tells the moving and humorous story of Philippe, a wealthy aristocrat who becomes paralyzed after a paragliding accident, and Driss, a young man from the Parisian suburbs who unexpectedly becomes his caregiver. Despite their completely different backgrounds, a special friendship develops that changes their lives forever. With a unique balance of humor, emotion, and the minimalist, compelling music of Ludovico Einaudi, the film touched millions of people worldwide.
