Beginner Mandarin Course (HSK 1–2)

What: A structured, instructor-led course following a pre-established curriculum. At just $10 per class hour, our goal is to make learning Chinese accessible to everyone. Classes will follow a textbook, with homework assigned between sessions. While the focus is on speaking skills, students will also practice reading and writing. For the beginner class, students should have a basic grasp of pinyin and pronunciation. If you’re not familiar with pinyin, we can provide self-guided materials in advance to help you get up to speed in advance of the class.

Who: Small group setting (5–10* students), led by a native Mandarin speaker.
