Creating Tiny Habits: A Free Workshop
About the event
This is an opportunity to learn about the Tiny Habits method of habit formation, as developed by BJ Fogg and described in his book, *[Tiny Habits: The Small Changes that Change Everything](https://tinyhabits.com/book/)*.
I used this method to re-create an important place for book-reading in my life after struggling for many years to revive my formerly avid reading habits. And I believe it’s an approach to habit formation that can be very effective in any area of life where you want to improve or grow.
I’m certified to coach the Tiny Habits method and would like to start presenting workshops on it — but I want to get some practice first. Thus, everyone who attends this workshop will be doing me a favour! But I also think you’ll benefit from it, so it should be a win-win. I guarantee that there will be absolutely no pitching or selling of services.
All you need to bring is a willingness to participate and experiment with creating some new tiny habits for yourself. I’ll explain the method and answer questions about it, and then there’ll be time to work on designing your own Tiny Habits.
The goals of the workshop are that, by the end, you will:
1. Understand the Tiny Habits method and why it's effective. 2. Have at least one new Tiny Habit recipe to try in your own life.
