What gives us confidence in difficult conversations? How do we know when to keep negotiating, when to walk away, or when to explore another path?
In this session, we’ll explore the concept of BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) and how thinking ahead about both our own alternatives and the other person’s can help us negotiate more effectively, communicate more clearly, and make decisions with greater confidence.
After introducing the key ideas, we’ll practice applying BATNA through interactive exercises and everyday scenarios.
Expect a safe and welcoming atmosphere, engaging exercises, practical negotiation tools, and opportunities to practice, experiment, and learn from both your own experiences and those of the group.
Come as you are - no negotiation experience or prior knowledge needed.
