WASABI Run Club (Casual run and picnic)

📅 Date: August 29 ⏱️ Time: 5:30 PM–7:30 PM 📍 Location: Coal Harbour Park

Hi, all runners! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ While WASABI regularly hosts sports events, including basketball and picnics with volleyball, we’ve also heard from many people that they’d love to have a running event, so we’re excited to launch our WASABI Run Club!

Summer evenings are one of the best times to go for a run in Vancouver. ☀️

After the run, we’ll have a mini potluck picnic, so this isn’t just about running — it’s also a great chance to meet new people and make friends!

Love running but don’t want to run for miles? No worries! This is a casual event, and we’ll only be running 2 km.

We’ll be running at a relaxed, conversational pace, so everyone is welcome! 🏃‍♀️😊 Let’s run, laugh, and make new friends together! 🌿

The Picnic is pot-luck style. Please bring food and drinks to share! We'll have people watching the food and drink while everyone is running, so you will not be running with heavy load!

🏃‍♀️ Event Schedule 5:30 PM–6:30 PM: Let’s Run! & Fitness \>5:40pm: Warm up \>5:45pm: Start Running 6:30 PM–7:30 PM: Mini Picnic & Make new friends

☕ Please Note ☑️Please wear appropriate outfit ☑️You can leave your belongings at the picnic area because we'll have people keeping eyes on them, but please keep your valuables with you. We take no responsibilities for lost items.

走るのが好きな人、集合！ 日頃からWASABIではバスケやバレー付きのピクニックなど、スポーツイベントを多く開催していますが、ランニングイベントもあったらいいなという声を多く頂いたので、この度「WASABI Run Club 」イベントを開催することにしました！

夏の夕暮れ時、走るには最高の時間帯です。 ランニングは会話しながらのゆったりペースなので、どなたでもウェルカムです☀️

走り終わってからミニピクニックもして、ただ走るだけじゃなくて友達ができやすいイベントにしてみました。 走るのは好きだけど、何キロも走れないという方、ご心配なく！カジュアルなイベントなので、走る距離は2kmです！

一緒に走って、笑って、友達を作りましょう！

**ピクニックは持ち寄り形式です。**シェアしたいドリンクや食べ物をお持ち下さい！ 皆様が走っている間、荷物番の人が食べ物やドリンクを見ているのて、重いものを持ったまま走ることはないのでご安心下さい！
