Join us for an intimate 3:30 to 5:30 PM anniversary celebration bringing together CS leaders, practitioners, and the co-authors of The Customer Success Talent Playbook. We’ll kick things off with a short live conversation with the authors about what we’re seeing across Customer Success careers, hiring, teams, and the future of CS talent. Then there will be plenty of time to connect, celebrate, ask questions, and meet others navigating many of the same challenges. CS leaders and hiring managers: Come ready to exchange ideas about hiring, retention, leveling, developing your team, restructuring, and preparing your organization for what comes next.
