Alison is a Business Change leader and CILIP Knowledge Management Fellow with extensive experience delivering transformation and organisational change across the defence, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and financial services sectors. As Deputy Head of Business Change within the National Armaments Director Group (UK Ministry of Defence) she helps shape and deliver complex change programmes in a rapidly evolving environment. A passionate advocate for knowledge management as a strategic enabler, Alison focuses on improving collaboration, decision-making, organisational learning and business performance through effective knowledge practices. She is particularly interested in human centric behavioural aspects of knowledge.
