The Fatherhood Circle is a space for dads to connect, grow, and go deep. Together, we engage in deep listening, meditation, and authentic relating, sharpening our awareness and expanding our capacity for embodied presence and love.
Whether you are preparing for a new arrival, thinking about becoming a father, or are already deep in the journey of fatherhood, these sessions offer you a place to ground and re-center yourself, connect with other men, and deepen your awareness.
During each meeting, we engage in breathwork or meditation to arrive in the present moment. Then, we hold space for each other in an open-hearted and attentive way. We communicate authentically and listen deeply, sharing the joys, the discoveries, and the challenges of our journeys. Together, we explore and nourish our inner world to become more fully present, loving, and aware in our lives and relationships.
