MACS x Exhibits App Go To… Romani Exhibition at London Museum Docklands ⚓️

Join MACS & Exhibits App at London Museum Docklands on SUNDAY 18 OCTOBER! ⚓️⛵️
First we’ll head to “By Appointment Only: Romani Art, Culture & Heritage” - a free display showcasing the work of British Romani artists who share their identity and experiences through visual activism.
The exhibition centres around three key works by artists Corrina Eastwood (co-curator of the display), Delaine Le Bas and Dan Turner. Inspired by the trade and industry of London’s Docklands, the artworks honour the livelihoods, creativity and craft of Romani communities and their contribution to British society.
Then we’ll look around the rest of the museum, which is home to nine galleries, each one exploring a different theme of London's river, port and people. There’s even a recreation of the Victorian London docklands that you can walk through, called Sailortown!

🏛️ 2:30PM: ENTER THE MUSEUM Address: No 1, West India Quay, Hertsmere Rd, London E14 4AL Choose your own MACS experience! Feel free to explore at your own pace with others from the group, or solo, whichever you prefer.
🍻 4:30PM - LATE: PUB SOCIAL (optional) We'll head to a local pub to chat over drinks. Address: *Location tbc 48 hours before event.*
