The Impresario - W.A. Mozart

Mozart's musical comedy: for adults and children (ages 8 and up). Crisis in the theater! With plenty of humor, Mozart paints an accurate picture of all the commotion behind the scenes. Shortages of money, gossip, scheming, and of course: the fight for the lead role. Fortunately, theater cat Mitzi keeps a watchful eye… in the atmospheric Amsterdam Marionette Theater. A short comic opera by W.A. Mozart Large wooden marionettes, put on stage by five puppeteers. Performances are presented in Dutch. Because of the visual and musical character of the performance, the language is no problem. We provide a programme of the performance in English. A performance for both adults and children (min. 8 yrs.). Approx. 1 ½ hrs. (interval included).
