Join us for a gentler style of Hatha yoga practice performed at a slower pace with meditation, yogic breath work, relaxation, stretching, seated floor poses and low-impact movements. Led by a certified instructor. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided. Registration is required and opens the previous Monday at 10:30am.
