Sign up in 2 steps: Step 1 and step 2: click on going and sent John PM if it’s your first time You can sign up via whatsapp if you been to the Sunday event before Note 1: you cannot join if you don’t know 4-out or 5-out offence motion Note 2: please don’t wait until last minute with pm’s. On Sunday I work until 7pm, so I cannot always reply on Sundays.
Pick up Basketball 5 on 5 This is the falicity of the Dutch National teams, so professional court and rims.
Address: Apollohal 4, Amsterdam Level: Advance Price: 6 Euro per person by Cash or Tikkie We have the Center court on the wooden floor. Shower and toilet are present. Pay before the game
Normally we are with 18 people in total, but for this Sunday we have few spots open.
We will make 3 teams of 7 players. We start at 19:00 sharp. Try to be there at 18:30 so you can warm up. The court is available from 19:00. We make teams at 18:55. The game starts after 19:00. We continue until 20:30.

To be able to participate you must master at least the basic fundamentals: *You know how to pass the ball (on the chest) *You know how to dribble without looking at the ball *You know how to box out your man during rebound *You know the basic defense stance and slide (Starting on your toes with your knees bent and hips low). *You know the basic offence plays: continuous passing and simple movement, cuts and screens
