Becoming Sessions 01 \| Who Am I Becoming? ✧
*A little clarity. A little more of yourself.* What if you gave yourself 90 minutes to reconnect with who you are? Between moving abroad, relationships, expectations and everyday responsibilities, it's easy to lose touch with what truly matters to us. Becoming Sessions are intimate guided circles for women in Amsterdam, created to explore self-awareness, meaningful connection and a little more inner clarity.
One Circle. Three Dimensions. ♡ Personal Awareness: A moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. ♡ Meaningful Connection: Honest conversations and shared experiences with other women, without labels or pressure to perform. ♡ The Experience: A setting chosen with care, gentle guidance, creativity and time to slow down. Our first circle: Who Am I Becoming? We'll explore identity beyond roles and expectations, through a gentle mix of:
• Breathwork and body awareness • Guided reflection with identity tools • Journaling and conversation • One personal insight to take into your week
No previous experience is needed. Sharing is always optional. Five Sessions. One Direction. Our journey moves from self-discovery to self-trust: 01 · Discover: Who Am I Becoming? 02 · Align: Finding My Balance 03 · Express: Finding My Voice 04 · Clarify: From Confusion to Clarity 05 · Move: Move with Self-Trust Each session can be attended individually, but better to join the full journey. Meet your host I'm Laurine, a French certified sophrologist with a background in beauty therapy, massage and intuitive guidance. After years of travelling and supporting women, I created The Becoming Club to bring meaningful connection and self-awareness into a warm, welcoming space in Amsterdam.
