The artistic heritage that we take pride in has been handed down to us for generations by gurus of dance. They have, through their institutions, kept alive the rich culture, sacred texts and knowledge of dance. The August Dance Residency at the NCPA seeks to celebrate premier institutions that have been the torchbearers of classical Indian dance.
