Beyond Surveys: A Lunch & Learn with Hoogly

Join Hoogly for a relaxed lunch and learn exploring how AI is changing the way organisations listen to their people and turn feedback into action. We’re bringing together HR consultants, coaches, fractional People leaders and CPOs from across London’s people community. If you’re curious about AI in HR and how it could strengthen the work you do with clients, we’d love to welcome you. Over lunch, you’ll: 💬 Discover how AI conversations help employees share what really matters, in their own words. 💡 Explore how to turn employee feedback into clear insights, practical action plans and personalised coaching for leaders. 🤝 Learn how Hoogly’s partner program can help you demonstrate your impact and grow your business. 🍽️ Meet fellow People professionals, compare notes and make new connections. You’ll leave with fresh ideas for helping your clients listen better and act on what they learn, plus a few new people to keep the conversation going with. 📅 Friday 23 October 2026 🕛 12–2 pm 📍 Central London Bring your questions, your experiences and your appetite. We take both halves of “lunch and learn” seriously. 😉 Seats are limited. Reserve your place and join us around the table.
