Leave feeling refreshed. Meet your Curator/FacilitatorHi there! I am Tshiamo Mangwedi, a 500hr certified vinyasa yoga teacher based in Cape Town. I am a multifaceted individual with a youthful curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge within and with community. I would describe my style of teaching as creative, mindful, and influenced by my experiences both on and off the mat. I find joy and passion in creating an environment where practitioners can feel confident in their practice. Where individuals are able to take ownership of their practices and bodies. I believe in spaces that cultivate deeper connections, facilitate self inquiry and give practitioners the opportunity to go beyond the physical practice of yoga.
