Prawn and Saffron Risotto Masterclass
About the event
Join Henry and the Fox for a hands-on Prawn and Saffron Risotto Masterclass in Melbourne’s CBD. This relaxed cooking experience is all about mastering the technique behind one of Italy’s most loved dishes – rich, creamy risotto.
You’ll learn how to build a flavour-packed prawn stock, understand why Carnaroli rice is ideal for risotto, and discover how to manage heat, liquid and timing to achieve the perfect texture. Saffron brings beautiful colour and aroma, while tender prawns add sweetness and depth.
Guided by the Henry and the Fox team, you’ll cook step by step, picking up practical tips you can take back to your own kitchen. This class is approachable, social and full of flavour – whether you’re new to risotto or ready to refine your skills, you’ll leave with more confidence, better technique and a delicious seafood risotto to enjoy.
