WHAT TO EXPECTThe day starts with wild herbal tea and a browse through our little wild library, a walk through the gardens, and a talk introducing a range of edible flowers and their culinary and medicinal uses. Back at the Glasshouse, enjoy our rainbow botanical drinks creation station where you can make your own drinks with wild herbs, edible flowers, fynbos tinctures and syrups, before we move into a guided flower crown session using flowers from the walk and the bunch you bring along.
