The dynamics of the Sensitive Collage project consist of creative exercises that induce the emergence of symbolic images, enabling psychic organisation through materialisation and opening up possibilities for these contents to be integrated into consciousness. **Objectives of the experience:** · To expand creative vision and intuition; · Cultivate presence; · To inspire creativity; · Practice mindfulness; · Promote mental health; · Materialise different feelings in a subjective way through collage. **Project creator:** Vanessa Neuber is a Brazilian visual artist, educator, illustrator and poet based in Berlin. She holds a degree in Design and a postgraduate qualification in Art History and Analytical Psychology, with a focus on Mythology, Tales and the Arts. In addition, Vanessa has deepened her knowledge of art therapy through the courses “Healing With The Arts” (University of Florida) and SoulCollage®, a method created by Seena B. Frost. Collage and poetry have always been fundamental pillars of her creative journey, serving as powerful tools for inspiration, and meditation enhances this creative process.
