Balance - A Wellness Experience
About the event
Step out of the rush and into stillness. Balance is an intimate morning-into-afternoon of yoga, breathwork and meditation, paired with a short, conversational talk on nutrition and the omega-3:6 balance so many of us are missing without knowing it. Hosted by Dr Michelle Wyngaard and Nicole Wasserfall, both Zinzino Independent Partners. Dr Wyngaard is the founder of Dynamic Dental Studio and a leading clinician in advanced digital bite analysis and holistic dentistry. With over 27 years in dentistry, she brings a deeply integrative approach to oral health, TMJ care and whole-body wellness, trained by internationally renowned T-Scan pioneer Dr Robert Kerstein, and passionate about the mind-body connection: how oral health, jaw tension, inflammation, stress, sleep and nervous system balance all shape our overall wellbeing. Nicole Wasserfall is a Nutrition Student bringing a fresh, current lens to everyday nutrition and dietary balance. Together, the session blends movement with education, covering essential fatty acids, everyday nutrition, and the Zinzino BalanceTest, for anyone curious about their own nutritional status. A morning of information, connection and a chance to explore. Expect gentle movement, guided breathwork, healthy refreshments, and a room full of people choosing to pause on purpose.
