About the event
Makie it your resolution to live with a feeling of peace, joy and confidence, not letting anxiety take over your life and learning to cope better even when you have anxiety.
After all, who is the boss of your life, you or your anxiety?
The group's main focus is to provide support, friendship and encouragement to anyone struggling with anxiety and who are going through life's challenges.
There is no pressure or judgment, only listening, authentic sharing and mutual support. We can learn from each other and gain a new perspective that can help see our problems with new eyes. Sharing is caring. Each week, the themes will vary.
The ultimate goal is for each person to find lasting joy and peace, to seek one's passion and calling, and savor life to the full. Looking forward to some heartfelt discussions.
You will not be sold anything. This is a non-profit organization. It is not a religious event. All are welcome.
