About Marty Cagan: Marty Cagan has been helping companies to move to the product model for more than 40 years. Before founding the Silicon Valley Product Group to pursue his interests in helping others create successful products through his writing, speaking, advising and coaching, Marty served as an executive responsible for defining and building products for some of the most successful companies in the world, including HP Labs, Netscape Communications, and eBay. As part of his work with SVPG, Marty is an invited speaker at major conferences and top companies across the globe. About Elias Lieberich: Elias is the founder of Product Matters and he spends his time coaching and advising companies on how to move to the product model and achieve the outcomes they need. He is particularly passionate about high-impact / high-complexity B2B solutions. During his 12+ years at Google, he created >$100Ms of impact across critical products such as YouTube and Google Ads. Elias has also created two landmark platforms in the reservations and deal space. Elias’ product experience includes YouTube, Google Search Ads and Intrinsic.ai. He has successfully led numerous product and engineering teams across the United States and Europe, including organizations with 100+ people.
