Led by certified mental health professionals and mindfulness guides from Mindfulness Outdoors, this gentle, guided experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage all your senses in nature. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, mindfulness, or simply a quiet escape, this is your invitation to be present — outdoors. *** 🌲 What to Expect:
