About the event
Two hours just for you, to slow down, breathe, and feel safe in your own body and brain. 🌸 Our Women's Circle is a small, intimate space in the heart of Amsterdam, *led by psychologist Jeannette Bolck (Counseling Amsterdam).* Together we'll calm the nervous system and make sense of how hormonal shifts affect our mood, energy, and mental health, with special focus on perimenopause, PMDD, and mental wellbeing.

🤝 Meet Your Host: Jeannette Bolck, Psychologist: Jeannette Bolck is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience in private practice, specializing in PMDD, perimenopause, trauma, and burnout. She blends traditional approaches *(CBT, Schema Therapy)* with brain-body methods *(Polyvagal, Somatic Therapy)* to help clients build resilience and rediscover their inner strength. Her work spans individual therapy, couples counseling, and group sessions - including women's circles, workshops, retreats, and 5-day trainings. A strong advocate for women's mental health, she explores the direct link between cycles, hormones, emotions, and brain function, helping women regulate their nervous systems and reduce anxiety, self-blame, and shame. Prevention is her mission: care also means preventing repetition.

No experience needed, and no need to have joined before. We keep the group small and intimate, so please book in advance 💚
