This program focuses on gentle exercise to improve strength, balance, mobility and coordination. Have fun and work out. Suits all fitness levels. These low-impact classes benefit daily life. Increase your range of movement and stay active to prevent falls and maintain your health and wellbeing. Our qualified instructors provide a safe and welcoming environment. Health and medical You'll be required to complete our  pre-exercise form  prior to starting these classes. If you answered "yes" to any of the health conditions listed on the form, it is recommended that you seek medical clearance before participating in any of our classes.
