Sundate Yoga – Reconnect, Recharge, Refresh Guided by a Certified Yoga Instructor

After a busy week, it’s time to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for a relaxing outdoor yoga session designed to calm the mind, awaken the body, and restore your inner balance—surrounded by nature in a peaceful open-air setting.

This 60-minute session focuses on mindful movement, gentle stretching, and deep breathing to help release tension, boost energy, and cultivate self-love. It's the perfect way to reset and start your weekend with clarity and calm.

Session Details: 🧘 Time: Sunday, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM 🧘‍♀️ Location: Aperia Mall, Open Plaza 🧘🏻‍♂️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, towel, and water bottle

All levels are welcome—especially beginners and intermediate practitioners.

Take a deep breath. Let go. Show up for yourself.
