Assistance is available for these types of forms and applications: Centrelink and Service NSW welfare applications such as family tax benefit, carer payment/allowance, disability support pension, age pension, JobSeeker payment, separate forms, health care card and citizenship application. Public housing and exchange of housing applications Other short forms such as rent certificate, special benefit review, supplement documents for Centrelink, Department of Communities and Justice circumstance change, passport application and renewal, Medicare application, Opal card and NSW Seniors Card. Case management service is available for: Enquiries, consultation and appeals including migrants' welfare consultation, domestic violence, family safety and function issues, legal aid, homelessness, fair trading issues and Centrelink appeals.
