DIGGER

Tom Cruise has played fighter pilots, spies, and daredevil stunt men. Now, from Oscar winning director Alejandro G. Iñárritu, he takes on the strangest role of his career: the most powerful man on Earth, and maybe the most dangerous one. Meet Digger Rockwell, a billionaire tycoon who built his empire on other people's ground and is about to find out what happens when it caves in.As the disaster he set in motion threatens to swallow everything he built (and everyone he built it on), Digger launches a frantic, half mad campaign to convince the world, and maybe himself, that he isn't the villain of this story but its savior. Iñárritu assembles a stacked ensemble, including Riz Ahmed, John Goodman, Sandra Hüller, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Jesse Plemons, for a pitch black comedy about ego, power, and the lies men tell when the ground gives way.
