HEALING BROTH BOWL AND EDIBLE WEEDS WORKSHOP WITH VELD AND SEA Saturday 29 August 11am - 2pm Join us for a deeply delicious and wild-inspired workshop where we explore seasonal edible weeds, garden herbs, and nourishing broths. Learn how to transform simple ingredients into a healing, flavour-packed bowl of goodness, guided by nature and the rhythm of the seasons. WHAT TO EXPECT:Learn to identify and use edible weeds—wild greens packed with nutrients, growing right at your feet. Discover the foundations of broth-making, from scratch stocks to layering flavours with mushrooms, seaweeds, herbs, and spices. Make hand-pulled, hand-cut noodles from scratch—no machines, just your hands and simple ingredients!Enjoy a slow, seasonal lunch—gathering around the table in our Glasshouse to savour the broth you’ve created.
