Café con Hielo is a one hour morning session that starts with breathwork, gets you into an ice cold oak wine barrel, and ends with a coffee in the sun with the people you just did something hard with. Whether you are chasing an energy hit for the day ahead or escaping the Barcelona heat, this is the best way to spend a morning in the city.
No experience needed. Just show up.

What happens
We open with a short breathwork practice to prepare your nervous system for the cold. Then we get into the barrels, one at a time, coached throughout. Afterwards we stay on the rooftop with coffee and talk. Most people arrive not knowing anyone. Most people leave planning to come back.
Sessions are capped at 8 people. Small on purpose.

The barrels
Not a plastic plunge pool. Three authentic converted oak wine barrels fitted with professional chiller units that hold the water at a precise temperature. Cold, clean and consistent every time. On a rooftop with views across Barceloneta and the city. There is nothing else like this in Barcelona.

Who is it for
Anyone who wants to start the day energised, reset in the middle of summer, or just try something they have been curious about. First timers welcome. No experience with ice baths or breathwork needed.
