ADHD+ Autopilot in relationship, how do I show up?
About the event
How do we show up in our relationships? Is it conscious or is it an automatic response? If the latter, how would you like to show up?
My dearest friend Masha, with whom all this adventure started years ago back in Berlin, will be hosting this session:)
Alone, everything can be hard. Together, we can create the world we need and deserve... and have fun in the process.
Practicalities: • Bring your own food and drinks\, share if you feel like (no alcohol) • I will open the door as close as possible to 18:30 (I'm time blind, I can be late but I'm trying my best) • We aim to start the conversation by 19:00 • We start with an introduction circle that takes +- 45 min • We will have a 10 min. break around 20:00 • Then we go into small groups for around 1h • We finish around 21:00 • You can stay in the space and socialise until 22:00
