No previous experience is needed for this expert-led session, making it the perfect opportunity to try a new way of reaching deep meditation and relaxation. Before your session, why not take a tranquil walk through our Gardens to extend your feeling of vitality and wellbeing? Jez Smith FRSA, a historical musician and qualified sound therapist with over 35 years’ experience, will lead you through the sound bath. You will be “bathed” in soothing and resonant tones that vibrate through the space. As a hearing-impaired musician, he has developed multi-sensory ways of listening that come through in the sound baths, creating a unique experience that allows for deep meditation and relaxation. To get the most from your experience, we recommend you bring a pillow, a couple of blankets, an eye covering and a bottle of water. A yoga mat is provided, and you are welcome to bring your own.
