Contemporary dance for everyone 🔥
About the event
What to expect? 🔥 Expect fluid movement, strong energy, good vibes and all your favorite hits in one contemporary dance class.
Important ‼️Please try to avoid same-day cancellations. We book and pay for the studio based on confirmed attendance, so last-minute changes are difficult to manage. Of course anything can happen through the day and we understand that but this is just reminder since recently it is happening quite a lot 🙏thank you.
➖Never danced before? No worries! This class is open to everyone – beginners, curious movers, and experienced dancers who want to explore movement without pressure or expectations. The focus is on listening to the body, enjoying movement, and being present.
➖The class is based on a full-body warm-up, technical movement exercises, strengthening of different muscle groups, and stretching. Thanks to this structure, it’s a great way to start a new week and an ideal after-work activity to release tension and reset the body.
➖Coming alone? Perfect! In this class, everyone works on their own – no partner needed.
➖Coming with friends? Even better! Let’s move, relax, and have fun together.
This is not a basic dance class focused on steps or performance. It’s a class full of relaxation, joy, and a friendly atmosphere. Whether you’ve never danced before or have years of experience, whatever your age – you’re welcome.
