Welcome to my new 6-week Yoga Flow Series!
Week 1 — Foundation & Alignment Week 2 — Core Strength & Stability Week 3 — Strong Legs & Open Hips Week 4 — Upper Body Strength Week 5 — Balance & Control Week 6 — Full Body Strength & Flow
Over the next six weeks, we’ll explore strength and alignment in different ways, with each week having its own focus.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or you’ve been practising for years, this series is for everyone. You don’t need to be super flexible or experienced — just come along, move your body and enjoy the practice.
Each class will have a mix of everything I love about yoga: movement, strength, alignment, mobility, breathwork and relaxation.
We’ll work on understanding our bodies and how we move, building strength and stability while also creating space to slow down, breathe and switch off.
And of course, we’ll be practising outside by the sea, surrounded by nature and good people 🌊☀️

Each week will have a different focus, so we can gradually build on the practice throughout the six weeks.
Whether you come for one class or join me for the whole series, everyone is welcome.
Come as you are, move your body, learn a little more about your practice and hopefully leave feeling a bit stronger, more aligned and more relaxed than when you arrived. 🤍
