This workshop will teach you a framework for understanding colour mixing - one built around colour bias and the modern primaries. Join my hands-on workshop - perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build more confidence with colour mixing. We’ll learn:Why traditional colour theory muddies the water (pun intended)A beginner-friendly formula I’ve developed to help you predict whether your mixes will be bright or muddy - no more guesswork!Exercises to practice colour matching to train your eye For this workshop we'll be using watercolour to practice colour mixing, but the theory you'll learn will apply to other mediums, such as oil, acrylic, etc, as well.Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your understanding of watercolour, this workshop is designed to demystify colour and make it fun. What you need to bring: All materials (paper, paint, palettes and brushes) will be supplied. But if you have your own watercolour palette please bring it with so you can practice with it.
