Every day, we encounter vast amounts of information online, while algorithms, notifications and personalised feeds shape what we see. But how do we decide what to trust, question or ignore?
This session explores the growing challenge of navigating digital information, and why critical questioning habits are essential for engaging with digital spaces thoughtfully. Experts will also examine how the brain processes information and how constant digital input affects attention and decision-making.
Participants will also gain strategies for engaging with information more mindfully and responsibly.
This programme is suitable for adults.
